چکیده
Aim: comparative analysis of the expression profile plasma microRNAs and target genes in patients with complicated pregnancy. Materials Methods. A prospective observational study parallel groups was carried out. The included 73 women divided into three groups: main group – 42 preeclampsia (PE), comparison 12 pregnant fetal growth retardation (FGR), control 19 clinically healthy uncomplicated An examination performed, which clinical characteristics microRNA blood using real-time polymerase chain reaction. Results. MicroRNA hsa-miR-210-5p hsa-miR-1972 were not identified any sample. Analyzing PE showed significant changes levels hsa-miR-517a-3p (p = 0.025), hsa-miR-517c-3p 0.036), hsa-miR-574-5p 0.015), < 0.001) an increase miR-20a-5p 0.046) compared to group. No differences found miRNA FGR Assessing influence studied on regulatory signaling pathways allowed establish that hsa-miR-miR-146a-5p, -181a-5p, -210-3p, -517a-3p, -517c-3p, -574-3p, -574-5p, -1304-5p are potential regulators reaction cascades involved pathogenesis. Conclusion. revealed circulating level indicate presence specific transcriptomic alterations during course

The Effect of Lymphocyte Therapy on the Expression of MicroRNAs in Women with Recurrent Pregnancy Loss
Background: Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL) is 2 or more recurrent miscarriages before the twentieth week, which occurs in 2-5% of women of gestational age. Considering the significant role of the immune system in the process of a successful pregnancy, it is expected that in addition to the common and well-known treatments used for patients with recurrent miscarriage to date, intracutaneous lymp...

Expression of microRNAs and their target genes and pathways associated with ovarian follicle development in cattle.
Development of ovarian follicles is controlled at the molecular level by several gene products whose precise expression leads to regression or ovulation of follicles. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small noncoding RNAs that regulate gene expression through sequence-specific base pairing with target messenger RNAs (mRNAs) causing translation repression or mRNA degradation. The aim of this study was to i...
